Facing the mortality of a parent, some people—well, me— try to capture and share their stories by building a chatbot. Chinese artist Maleonn took a different path: He built life-sized puppets. They are featured in the autobiographical play "Papa's Time Machine." For anyone interested in saving family stories through novel technological means, it looks to be a must watch. The New York Times review of "Papa's Time Machine" is here; the play itself can be viewed here courtesy of PBS.
